Prior to booking an appointment, please carefully read all information & policies below.
All PMU Services are Non-Refundable
All appointments require a $50 non-refundable deposit that will be credited to your service fee.
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, or your $50 deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required for a new appointment.
The $50 deposit is transferable if the appointment is rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to your service.
No Call No Show will result in the forfeiture of the $50 deposit and you may be blocked from future bookings.
Appointments booked using promotional/discounted rates do not qualify for rescheduling. Once rescheduled, the regular rate applies.
All clients will be given a 15-minute grace period for their appointment. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled, and your $50 deposit will be forfeited.
No guests, children or pets.
Services may be rescheduled ONE time only. Further rescheduled appointments will result in an additional $50 deposit.
Initial touch-up cannot be rescheduled more than once. It must be completed within 12 weeks or the regular touch up rate will apply.
